Deathtrip2k: You say it's not reiable and you received alot of errors. What errors did you receive? As the creator of the application, I am doing my best to make sure to keep it updated.

zyrandiel: If you wish to give it a try. The application creates a Backup of (everything) that it deas with and there are no changes made that you dont want made. There is also a one-click function to revert back to your original defaults. :)

    Hi koolkat77,

    Try this:

Go to Control Panel / Programs and Features / Turn Windows features on or off.

And select Microsoft.NET Framework or update your current version (might be a bit late for me to reply now though :P)

I tried to download UWC from another site and Chrome said it was malicious. Where could I get a safe download?

Because of the nature of any customizer program - they modify or replace system files, a lot of monitoring programs will show them as PUPs, (Potentially Unwanted Programs). This also happens with many system programs.

the only thing that I would adise is to always download from the developers site, run multiple layers of protections and use with caution. running in a VM or sandbox is not really an option with system editors

I'm playing with it now, but I need a guide... users guide.
I believe it COULD be dangerous, like many of the "tune-up programs", but it looks like it has good potential for modifying my context menus.. if I can make sense of it.
