You can use 7-Zip to open the Gadget Archive and then you just delete the files and drop the new ones in, you don't even need to save or anything, it couldn't be easier.
Hey thanks it worked for me on a different set of clocks I was working on!

That is weird no problem here

No I'm trying a slighly modified one now for doing the overlay itself, The highlight on the dodgy one's above is seperate from the background of the clock so the hands can do this..

(Notice the hands are underneath the reflection) :)

    EDIT:
Mr GRiM has solved the pink dots that was caused by the transparency now:

Let me know pauliewog if you want the updated file needed for it to work but it means doing all the clocks backgrounds in a gadget without the highlights on the same image.
So if you wanted this gadget you have just done to do this then all the backgrounds would need re-doing without the highlights.

Oh, I see you've done what I was on about already in your new pack lol!

Your second hands are a little bit too long though fella, the tips of them poke out from the overlay and go pink slightly.

I've just PM'd you an updated zip pauliewog to demonstrate the overlaying stuff. Note it wont work with backgrounds that already have the highlight on them. (the glass effect)
