I know that can be changed with Windows Style Builder.
As long as you are using the default Aero theme I can change that for you.
You will need to do 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for it to work.
Enabling Custom Themes - Windows 7
Or
Theme - How to Apply Custom Themes
Let me know

Yes I can make it from the default one by changing just the fonts but it will make it a custom theme so you would have to do 1 of them 2 tutorials I posted above.
Would you like me to do it.

Here you go put both the (1 theme folder and 1 .theme file) in C/Windows/Resources/Themes
Change font of time in the right corner-calibri.png

It will show up in Personalize as Calibri
Change font of time in the right corner-personalization.png

Make sure you use 1 of those 2 tutorials from above
If you need any help let me know
