    They both install for me

    Download 7-Zip and extract the Clock1.gadget to the Clock1 folder and put the folder in C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar\Gadgets folder.
    AppData is hidden use step 3 of this tutorial to unhide it File and Folder - Hide or Unhide
