This is how I did it mate,

Take the PNG image you have for your start orb (Remember it must have a transparent background) , and save it as a BMP image.(Size must be 54X162)
Now you have 2 images, the PNG image and the BMP image.
Open the saved BMP and thePNG file in PS.
Select the PNG and copy & paste it over onto the BMP. (Make sure you align it properly.)
'Select all' using the RectangularMarquee Tool.
Press "ctrl + right mouse click, and choose "background".
Press "Delete or Del".
Use the 'Paint Bucket tool' and make the entire background black
Save it as BMP, and overwrite the previous BMP file.

Use!!!!

I cant get it to work So Bull, I have a favor to ask could you make this one into a start orb for me?
