Try this one This may have some problem with a black box around it. It is only noticeable if you use the small taskbar, or the superbar, when its only at 1 line (if you know what i mean.)

n i read bout ur the bull tut bout making the design of the button..but im not really get it..

There is a way to do it. See this thread, and try this png. I am sorry i do not have time atm to help you further
How to make/change you start button.



You could also just ask Bull, if he can do it Just pm him the png, and ask
