I understand you not wanting to trust anybody on the Internet the only other thing I can tell you if you do not want me to make one for you is for you to purchase (About $23 US) Ave's Windows7 Style Builder and do it yourself I could give you instructions on how to do it.
Let me know what you would like to do.

Edit: You could look at this and see if Adjusting that aero stripe will remove what you're after I'm not sure if it will work Customize Windows 7 Aero Blur Colors, Color Balances, Blur Balance & Aero Strips | door2windows
I guess I'll go with the theme, the program didn't work for me.

I think your referring to the glow in the title bar, if I'm right then you will need to use third party software.

Style builder can do it from what I've read here and elsewhere. Otherwise I've found info stating that you can modify the theme using a Resource Hacker & a Hex Editor.

I will test this tommorow for my own pleasure and if it's successful I can link to the instructions I followed if you wish to go down that path.
That would be great also. Would be even better. :)
I will do it in the morning and post it, do you have a name you would like to call it.

    Welcome to the Seven Forums
If you are using the default aero theme I can change that for you. Using Windows Style Builder.
If you are using a custom theme you will need to ask the theme maker. It's not cool to change someone else work.
    &
This will be making a custom theme so you will need to do 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for it to work.
Enabling Custom Themes - Windows 7
    Or
Theme - How to Apply Custom Themes
All I need from you would be a name to call the custom theme and I can post it here for you. Let me know if you would like me to do it.
Here is a screenshot of it.

Here you go make sure you followed 1 of them 2 ways of enabling custom themes in post #5 of this thread if you need help with them let me know.

Extract the zip folder and put 1 Advanced_Black theme folder and 1 Advanced_Black.theme file (see screenshot) in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes

Make the borders yellow maybe? But keep a copy of it without borders though. Just incase I don't like one.
