I still like this wallpaper very much, but it does have one little problem...an optical illusion, in that if you look at it just right, the ripples seem to wash across the screen and toward the shore. Then if you look at it slightly differently, the ripples seem to travel the opposite direction.

Have you considered prescription glasses? Actually, the effect seems worse looking at the thumbnail size of the picture, than it does as wallpaper. At least in the wallpaper, the cloud usually seem to remain still. What is even worse is that now the ripples seem to rock back and forth across the screen.

Maybe if I had seen this about 20 years ago, when I got home from the one Grateful Dead concert I went to (just to hang out outside) I would have seen ripples.....but I don't now.I still like this wallpaper very much, but it does have one little problem...an optical illusion, in that if you look at it just right, the ripples seem to wash across the screen and toward the shore. Is is necessary for me to define what a ripple is?
