    HDD Temperature Gadget


    As most Hard Disks are SMART enabled I wondered why Microsoft has not yet made a simple HDD Temperature Gadget. I couldn't even locate a simple third party one on the Net that would only show the HDD temperature in big and bold numerals.

    Please help me find one.

Does such a thing exist? i have seen ones that work but require an accompanying program to function. I can't seem to find a stand alone gadget to monitor temperatures.
