    can anyone help is there a way to get photo screensaver to show photos in wide screen

    I think your photos would have to be in widescreen in the first place.

    In XP, I use Google Photos Screensaver set to "collage" and it uses the whole screen. I haven't tried it in Win7 yet. Let me know if you try it.

    Or, you could use DisplayFusion Version Comparison | Binary Fortress Software - even the free version supports Wallpaper rotation *and* it supports 5 sizing modes.

    Have you tried Windows Live Photo? It comes with a built in photo screensaver thats much better than the built in one.

    Just as an update: I installed Google Photo Screensaver today. Last week it wouldn't install because it didn't recognize Win7. This week they must have fixed it because it installed without a hitch.

    Another tip is PhotoSlideShow (FlekDev PhotoSlideShow). I use it 24/7 with all my pictures. Great piece of SW!
