    Welcome to the Seven Forums
Is it doing it on all icons or just the one you are showing?
If this is a recent problem you could try a System Restore to a time before this started.
You may want to download and let it update and run a full scan with Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware PRO removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer used the free version.
You may also want to do Option 2 in this tutorial SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker This will not harm any data or programs you have installed it will try to repair any corrupt system files.
When done with the above you may want to Icon Cache - Rebuild

If you left click on that icon and drag it, does it drag just the one icon, or a group? A Guy

Is that the programs original icon? I would delete the shortcut (I am assuming it is a shortcut?), and create a new one. It appears that somehow the icon is displaying as if it were wider, although it doesn't move the icons around it out of the way. You might try right clicking the desktop, choose View and change the icon size around, then back to desired, and see if it helps (it may change the spacing and you'll have to move them back). First I'd try rebuilding the icon cache.
