    How to modify user picture and frame from start menu, thanks.


    I have been modify my own theme for a week now, and i would love to modify user picture and frame form start menu, can you help me please how to mod it. Thanks.

    I would imagine you would need to create and edit your own image first, and then just browse to it to use it for your user account.

    Choose a picture for your user account and Start menu

    That is bitmap #7013 in Explorer.exe in C:\Windows if you are using 100% DPI settings if you are using a higher setting it could be 7014, 7015, 7016.

    Here is that App that may work for you to change that.
