Reorganize start menu
I was wondering if it is possible to reorganize the start menu (not Start Menu / Programs) as I would like to have all the folders like Pictures / Videos etc together below the My Computer and Homegroup etc
Any help appreciated |

I don't know if this is what you meant, but you can drag and drop items in the start menu (the one that pops up, not the all programs tab). This reorganizes it i think.

Oh I see. Well if you click properties on the Start Menu and then click Customize, you can change how things are displayed. So like the options for Computer become an expandable menu. See:

the side that DarkNovaGundam is the side is was talking about, thanks for the replies, I am asuming that since virtually everything in Windows is customizeable that the menu would be to lol

Is it possible to reorganize documents with a restore? Windows makes it clear that a restore will undo system changes and not change documents and folders. Too bad because this is exactly what I need. I don't know how but for some reason, I got about 300GB of data that was disorganized. Can't reorganize favorites bar in IE8 Hello - I do not want my favorites bar organized in alpha order. I want an order that is more useful to me, but everytime I drag them around, my favorites go back to alpha order when I reopen IE.
