@ Gen, the first one is readable, and the colors dont mash up.
(red on blue gives me that 'floaty' trick of the eye thing)

I wouldnt call it wishy-washy, but there is something about it that doesnt command respect... maybe the font..

How about splitting the Des ign ers up into the 3 boxes using an off white thin font.
