Missing Icon on Docking Bar (bar next to windows globe)

I have tried the trick of right click icon > properties > change icon > and I select an icon that is there but it never seems to load.

Not a deal breaker but annoying none the less.

Is there any other way to get this back?

    Thanks!

    Try these two tutorials.
    Icon Cache - Rebuild
Thumbnail Cache - Clear and Reset

If they don't help try an SFC Scan

May I ask what the actual program is?

First try my suggestions, it should fix. If not, you could troubleshoot further.

I'm assuming resetting the Thumbnail Cache worked because your link is to the SFC Scan but you said you did the thumbnail cache?
