Add sub menu to context menu

Just having a tidy up and "optimisation" session...was wondering how easy it would be to make a sub menu to put similar items in.

For example I have microsoft security essentials and malwarebytes context menu entries. How can I put them into one sub menu so they only take up one slot on the main context menu?

With FileMenu Tools you can add some custom sub menu items.

On the tab "Commands of other applications" you should be able to locate and disable Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes context menu entries.

You can also use ShellMenuView to locate Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes context menu entries (back them up!!! before deleting). But unlike first program, ShellMenuView works only one way - you can disable old, but can not create new entries.

That FileMenu Tools is awful. Also, I don't want to delete MSE and Malwarebytes...I want to move them to a sub menu

You can not move them just like that!

You would have to get rid of them first, and use 3rd party program to create New submenu items.
If you do not like FileMenu, use Fast Explorer.

There are not many ways to do what you want.
