How do I change the location of icon on taskbar

Hi. Lately I have been cleaning up my desktop in order to make it as minimalistic as possible, and as easy as possible to use. I am almost done, but I would just like to do one more thing, which is move the libraries icon over to the right where the smaller icons are (not sure what they are called), so I just have a button for my browser on the left. I'm not sure if this is possible, but if it is, I would greatly appreciate the help. Thank you!

If you want to interchange the places of the pinned icons, just drag them where you want. But if you want to move them all at once towards the right, follow the tutorial https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...ter-icons.html .

Hi Arc, thank you for responding. I am sorry, but either you did not understand my question, or I am not understanding your answer . Basically what I am trying to do is move the "library" icon over to where the smaller icons are. Is this possible?

rare, the smaller icons, are situated in a place called notification area. you cannot put libraries icons there . They both are of different character and nature, and usage, too ! What the maximum you can do is you follow the tutorial Taskbar - Center Icons , to place your taskbar icons to the extreme right.

Is it clear now ? If not, let us know !

Ahh, Ok I see. Yes it is clear thank you. This is probably a dumb question, but if I unpin the library icon from the taskbar, can I still access it by clicking on the windows start button and searching for it?

Obviously. The pinned one in the taskbar is just a shortcut . You can unpin it anytime, and pin it back anytime, too !
