Can't browse Gadgets on the MS Personalization/gadgets site

I have a few gadgets installed on my newest Win 7 Machine and went to the gadgets site to see what else was available. I get to the site and when
I click on the link to get more gadgets and I just get to the personalization gallery so I click on the gadgets link and get back to where I started. Just a continuous loop.

Tried accessing from IE and Firefox with the same result!
I looked and looked for the link to take me I get the same result on my
    laptop.
I don't think I will like the answer I get from this post because I thinkd the answer is
right in front of me and I don't see it.:)
I have been using Win 7 since it first came out (on my previous x32 machine) and
this is a new Dell x64 machine.

Any help will be appreciated. Just don't be to hard on me. :)

    Welcome to the Seven Forums
Is this the page you are going to Desktop gadgets - Microsoft Windows ?
When you say the personalization gallery opens are you talking about the window that shows all the gadgets that are installed?
When you click on the link and it opens up the gallery is the gadget you clicked on installed afterwards?

Sadly, Microsoft no longer fully supports Windows 7 gadgets so the gallery is no longer available. If you manage to access the Desktop Gadgets web page, using the link in the previous post by MartyKov, you will see only a restricted number of gadgets. Those that Microsoft has decided are the best on the criteria of most "popular" and "highly rated".
Microsoft appears no longer to publish new gadgets for Windows 7, although gadgets are available elsewhere - if you trust other sources.
I just posted a moan about this on another thread.
