    How do I get rid of Control Panel on context menu?


    I've been playing with RT Seven Lite to reduce the size of the Windows 7 install on my Dell Mini 9, which has a 16GB HD. One of the ISO files was good, apart from the fact that I got a weird list of Control Panel items on the context menu, see attached. It may be related to God Mode, but I can't find the God folder.

    Any idea how to get rid of this?

    That is not a folder. Those settings located in System's Registry.

    This article here describes how to add "God mode" shortcut in Context menu.

    Basically, follow it until it will asks you to create GodMode key under Shell key. Instead delete GodMode key since it is already there. Do not touch Shell key itself though, only God Mode and those others - "Admin tools" etc.

    Please be careful with Registry. Deleting some other things might cause serious trouble. So, it would be a good idea to create a backup file for settings you want to delete. To do that highlight thread, right click - Export.
    Name it, click Save. And that thread would be saved in a backup file you just have named.
