I'd start with the System File Checker. If no help, we'd go from there.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

I tried it found no problems, my understanding with this tool is if you dont run it beforehand when you got the computer it has no baseline to compare too. Even if you run it couple times in a row.
    Thanks for your help.

    Hello Certifiedtek,

Sorry, but that would not be a correct understanding of how SFC works. SFC runs an integrity check on Windows system files to see if they are corrupted or have been modified. If so, it will attempt to replace them with a default copy in the hidden protected OS CAB files included in the installation.

It sounds like you Start Menu's "Pin to" area has been disabled. You might see if using the tutorial below to enable it may help. :)

Start Menu - Enable or Disable Pin to Start Menu - Vista Forums

    Hope this helps,

Tried that wasn't the problem. Works in another profile fine. Was going to copy to another profile but don't if other programs will work with shared databases or not?
