Welcome to Seven Forums Nicklaspoke. Unfortunately, it looks like Swedish is not a supported language in speech recognition. Even though you want to speak to it in english, the language of the operating system matches the language of Windows Speech Recognition.

Windows Speech Recognition supports the following languages:
    US English
    UK English
    French
    Spanish
    German
    Japanese
    Traditional Chinese
    Simplified Chinese
This KB article is for Vista, but the same holds true of Seven.

The Windows Speech Recognition language must be the same as the operating system language in Windows Vista

If you had the english version of 7, or had Ultimate or above, and could install the English language pack, then I believe it would work. A Guy

I believe that Dragon Naturally Speaking is the top rated speech recognition software, it is a paid program however.

Are you looking for Swedish voice recognition software?
If there is such a thing would probably be Dragon NaturallySpeaking. You would have to check your regional area to see if it is offered.
