Welcome Khr07 to the windows 7 forums.

What you have is normal. The file folder size is not available in the windows explorer. there are several either free or pay programs that will let you see the size of directories when you view in a program like windows explorer.

oops..sorry 'bout that, but i don't have any problems on the size.. i was asking, how can i change the way the column heading look like..

if you take a look closer, both of them look different..the font in the first image(i'm talking about the details of the file and also the font in the column heading.pls disregard the font of the file on the existing folder) is color "black"..on the other hand, the second image, the font color is "grey"..
and that's what i'm asking..how can i make it look like in the second picture??

i'm really sorry to misunderstand you.. >.<

    Welcome to the Seven Forums
Are you using a third-party custom theme?
The gray text in the second image is what the default Aero theme looks like.

Do you have any Full Row Select or Disable Auto Arrange tweaks?

Mine looks like the first image under folders and looks like the second image under Computer and this is because of the Disable Auto Arrange tweak.

Don't know if you can reverse the appearance without removing the tweak but it may help determine why it's that way.

If you don't know what I'm referring to about the Full Row Select or Disable Auto Arrange tweaks then I would say that you do not have them.

To be sure you can check by opening a folder in Explorer and in Details view if you can select a file by clicking in a column other than the Name column then you do not have one of these tweaks. If the file can only be selected by clicking in the Name column then you do.

Then it sound as if you don't have one of these tweaks and I have no idea why your headings are displayed like that or how to change them if your current theme is set as the default Aero theme. Sorry.
