How to make menus to be seen with Aero

Hello. I run windows 7 and i have the following question. Is there a way to make the menus(like the one when you right click on a folder, or just right click on the desktop) to appear transparent, like a glass etc., just like Aero theme is activated? I went to advanced system settings, at performance tab and checked everything there, but the menus still appears like in the picture i attached here. Thank you for your future replies!

Thank you for your answer, but this menu is rather buggy. I mean, even though it is transparent, when i move the mouse on it, to click on something from the menu, it does not highlight my choice, so i cannot see if i clicked on the right thing. My question is if it is something from aero that allows menu to be transparent, without changing anything else. Thank for future answers!
