how can i get the start menu button?

i juz wanna another start menu button for my windows 7..
since i have managed the "how to change the start menu button" tutorial, i want to change it to other design..
where can i get the other design..? does anyone know?

ur help i will very appreciate it..

So from what I understand you know how to change the start button...but you would like to change it to another design?

Classic Start Menu: Start Button appears doubled
Switched to the XP-ish Classic Start Menu, plus Adjust for Best Performance, in the usual prescribed way, no third-party interface-modifiers. All looks & works fine except that the Start button itself looks like TWO buttons -- one atop the other and just slightly out of alignment (screenshot here)....
