how can i get the start menu button?

i juz wanna another start menu button for my windows 7..
since i have managed the "how to change the start menu button" tutorial, i want to change it to other design..
where can i get the other design..? does anyone know?

ur help i will very appreciate it..

So from what I understand you know how to change the start button...but you would like to change it to another design?

Hey, is there a way to add a "Are you sure?" to this button in the start menu ? So many times i click it when i meant to just lock my PC. And theres no way to stop it! Or is there a way to remove the button and only use the drop box cos at least i won't click shutdown by accident then! Hope...
