Save Thumbnail Size/View upon Reboot

Sooo..for the most part...I hate the list/details view in Explorer...
I like seeing extra large images/folders as they are all nicely customized...

Upon every re-boot... they seem to revert back to "details" view.
Its not a huge deal as I can pinch and zoom them to the size I want..

but after enough years its getting a bit annoying...
and I was wondering if there was a way to change this...

thanks for reading

set up the folder the way you want thumb size etc then click organize / folder and search options, click the view tab then click the apply to folders button.

Thanks Boohbah! lmao!

It helps speed things up a bit..
the only thing is it sets all folder views to the same thing..
I was wondering if there was a way to "lock" different view styles and size...

I always wondered about the optimize folder option...I did a test..and selected "optimize for image"
and it changed that folder to details view?? LOL

I once downloaded a program I think it was "Universal Windows Tweaker" had an option for opening folders exactly as they where upon re-boot. I can't remember if it saved the view styles either..will do more research...

Change Thumbnail Size?
Is there an easy way to change the size of the thumbnails Windows shows on "big"? The huge ones are too big, the big ones are too small (and I'm not even at a full HD resolution). Tweak UI had a feature like that, but I think it's not compatible with 7.
