For a skilled member, the size is 650x100 pixels.
For power users and above, the size is 650x150 pixels.

Have a look at what one now has, look on their profile page for interests, etc. Don't try to include everything in one sig. One guy even had my real name in it along with my sys specs. I don't like to have badges in mine.
