    nilank hi ....Yes this is the place were members create tags / Signatures for free... all you have to do is ask for one.. give a few details of your interests, etc.. give someone time.. they will cough out a one of a kind tag or signature to be used on your personal page.
    W7Forums has a Great group of Specalist in creating these.
