    Never worked in CS6, it saves freely in CS5.

    Try the Export command, as a .gif.

    Yup but that doesn't make it a animation anymore just a still picture

    Did you open it with IE? Otherwise, I'm out of ideas.

    Ya tired that also. I'm out of ideas 2 and can't find anything about this error. Just wondering is there a setting within that window of save for web that should be changed.
