    Ok, there's a difference when i used I.E to view. Nick should be doing this type of avatar, not me. Below are the screenshots for both I.E & FF.

    EDIT : How about the google chrome users, any difference?

    I'm using Chrome

    No no pal your doing fine .. keep up the good work .... it looks like you may have found the problem with your browser. When you save the file as an animated gif don't turn on any transparency or other settings ... then when you open your image with GIF optimizer you shouldn't have any problems and the file should be shrunk to an acceptable size ... we all learn from our mistakes (not your fault) which makes us better artists in the end
