You did it wrong.
Upload to tinypic, and use the link with IMG tags in your sig

How about this matt? :) I tried to sharpen the logo but it doesn't turn out good. So i adjusted the areas for the lightning effect and remove the glass effect on your previous avatar so that the words are more readable.
