    That's what I though ... Never could figure out Tween

    Try it this way ... Open the attached psd ... delete frames 2>28
    Create a new frame .. turn on Layer 2.
    Create a new frame and using the cursor keys .. move the dot layer just a little.
    Keep repeating the above step for all the frames ..

    That is what I used to do. But it was such a time waster, I looked for other ways to create a motion tween. So that is when 'Flash' came in with its motion and shape tweening...
    But that is awesome what you did there buddy...

    You put 'Do not dispose' option on on each frame. Does this cancel out what you did in other frames?

    Oh, i had that option on 'Automatic' every time. Thats why I had to duplicate the dot layer and turn visibility off on the previous layer so I could move the new layer on the new frame every time. Thanks for that noyb

    My way doesn't require a new layer for each frame ..
    It's a reasonably quick construction .. and keeps the file size down.

    Just something I stumbled over one day.
    Sorry .. Didn't pay any attention to how I had the dispose set ... I was in a hurry

    Here's my attempt (Animation jerky at the end of movement as I got bored and I tapped the arrow and the mouse buttons until they fell off )
