What program do you have to put the tabs at the top? Maybe there's a setting with that.
The Program is Clover. I dint find any setting related to that.
I've uninstalled it but problem is same.

The menu bar can get stuck if you uninstall a toolbar extension while the bar is visible. You can try deleting the toolbar settings as shown here: Unhidable Menu Bar « QTTabBar
I also thought that and i have uninstalled all explorer extension and apply default theme.
    But it still got stuck.

I have found this tutorial on Ask.VG
    Auto Hide Comand Bar
It is only for Folder band. i Was thinking if anyone of you knew same way to
remove Menu Bar by editing ShellStyle.dll??

    Akshat,

You might see if running a sfc /scannow command may be able to help to restore any modified system files.

If not, then you could do a system restore using a restore point (if available) dated before you installed Clover to see if it may help.

    Ok Brink.
But i just want to give it one last try before doing System Restore Or
    Running sfc/scannow.

Can it be done by editing Shell Style?

I don't know, but it would depend on what unknown changes Clover made.

I'd say give the SFC scan a try first. It will attempt to restore any modified system files back to default, thus fixing ShellStyle.dll anyway.
