I made tutorials of both these things

    Start Menu Button - Change

Regarding the progress bars, it is advanced, but see this tutorial: Theme - Customize Custom Themes

    Hope this helps

What about the explorer buttons? I tried once but my explorer wouldn't run. Is there a tutorial you have or could make? It'd help.
Can you be more specific? Which explorer buttons?

The back/forward buttons in the folders. My computer, Music, etc.

Same here, no need to change them after my opinion.

I followed your tutorial and most of it is working! Thanks!
The task bar isn't working right but it may because this is a 32 bit system.
Part of it is transparent, and part is red/black.
    Any suggestions for this?

    Thanks again for the help.
    Brian
It is probably because of you running x86/32-bit Cant be fixed i'm afraid, BUT i will soon be making a theme for Windows 7 which is made and tested on x86 instead of on x64.
I'll be looking for the x86 theme. I'll have to try the x64 theme at work until then. Thanks for the help!
