    watermarks with windows 7 wallpaper

With the wallpaper changer that's in Windows 7, is there any way to get the picture title to show up in the paper changer or no.

I don't quite understand what you're asking can you post a screenshot.

Use these tutorials for posting screenshots.
    Screenshot with Paint

Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums

If you are talking about where you change the wallpaper at if you hover over the wallpaper it will display a name and other details.

Are you wanting this watermark to be on the desktop wallpaper when shown?

Windows media center has options to show picture information/ Name-Captions-Star ratings,
This would apply to slide shows but wmc also does screen savers so the setting might apply to that area ?
    Wmc/ Settings/ Pictures/ Slide shows/ Show file information,
Then go to screen savers and and these files as your favorite pictures.
