I use IE8. In fact, I have only used versions of IE in XP, Vista, and now W7. I have never used an alternative browser of any description.

Ok then it's not the browser causing these...

Dwarf, when you're online and testing, let me know, I wanna do some changes and you should tell me if any of them works, because I haven't been able to replicate this error... ( No matter what I do, I see the images)

Hi Elias,

I've asked a few people to do some testing, and I'll get back to you with their results as soon as I receive them. In the mean time, nothing has changed. I shall be back on line tomorrow from about 2pm UK time.

Meanwhile I've made some updates, including logo/theme selection under "settings".

I have come up with a workaround for the icons. Working it right now...

This is the new version. The icons workaround is not implement here yet, though.

SKin Credits go to Mr Grim.

New features:
1. Skin selection under settings
2. Transparent logo while not hovering, so you don't miss what's behind (thanks Dwarf).
3. When a message is new (1 minute ago), the whole div changes color and blinks.

Cheers

lol...that's because in my excitement, I uploaded the new gadget having my credentials saved...

So when you installed it, it already had my username and password pre-saved. So you weren't logged in as my due to some bug, you were actually logged in as me

Updated the original link.

Well, like you said, when I open the gadget it's logged in as you and I can see the icons, but I'll have to download from the new link to see if it's fixed for me.
