    The current refresh rate for the posts is 15 seconds... Do you suggest any other? that I can fix live... I also intend to include it in the settings, so the user can change it

    I would up it to 30 seconds, and if you put a user setting in for this make 15 seconds the lowest, this will help keep server requests down.

    Done. Its now set to 30. Minimum will be 15 in any case, thought I'm using Curl with caching, which won't cause much server traffic.
