I just figured out your problems with icons not showing, run a disk cleanup and they all get refreshed and you should see them all appear right in front of you.

Here is another tweaked sleep screen that I hope looks a bit more professional then the last.

This is mostly common when the page needs a clean refresh.
Close the gadget AND the whole sidebar, and re-open it to get it fixed. Also, make sure you have the correct credentials saved under Settings.
I'm glad this sorts it out, as I have not been able to find the reason it happens. The scripts for quest and user logged are identical except for printing out more info. I knew it had to something with the cache, but I couldn't replicate it since I could always see the icons, even on a new pc with Windows 7. Perhaps it had to do with cache being saved from older gadget versions.Mr GRiM said:

Now I'm ready to embed your customizations, like Mr Grim is bringing on!
P.S. Can some admin/moderator update the first post's download link in this thread, using the new download? Thank you
Hmm... I wonder if there is some error in the code when the gadget calls this web page http://www.kcs.gr/gadgets/users.php. If you wish, I could take a look at it.
Again, the forum sub-icons only appear when logged in as a guest, but not when logged in as myself. They do, however, appear if you log in directly on the web interface, but not through the gadget. Another thing that is puzzling - when you have saved your settings and logged in as a guest, the next time you open the gadget (or access it through the web interface) and choose to automatically log on, you get an Authentication error.
Dwarf, the gadget refreshes you as Dwarf every 5 seconds or else, according to your settings. This means that even if you are viewing this tread, the gadget opens the Forum Index page every 5 seconds, so your real status is "opening Forum Index" almost every 5 seconds, and since the gadget refreshes more often than you browse several threads, your "Who's Online" status will always be "Viewing Index" except if you beat it on time.
Have you tried Mr Grim's suggestion of doing a disk cleanup in case the icons are fixed? It is confirmed it is a caching problem.
