    Windows Background image

    Hi,
I somehow lost the actual file that I am using for my background image,
is it stored somewhere that I can go copy it and put it back in my pictures?
I would just search for it, but it was a download with a lot of numbers :/

    thx,
    Symp

    btw,
    I did look here,
    C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows Photo Viewer
and it has my old one listed,
the one I am using is over a year old, so the previous one.. wow..

If you 'saved' it, it could be in your downloads.

symp to DUDE's link the APPDATA folder is a hidden folder

    To Show Hidden folders

    • Click on the Start button and select Computer
    • Press the Alt key on your keyboard and click on Tools or click on Organize
    • Select Folder Options
    • Click the View tab and make sure that Show hidden files and folders is selected under Hidden files and folders
    • Click Apply then click OK

it was in the **/themes folder..
life saver, I would have had hated to loose it..
as that directory only showed the one, I'm glad I didn't change it as I was about to when I noticed it wasn't in my pictures/wallpaper folder and said to myself.. don't do it!
    heh..

    thanks again,
