    Desktop Windows Manager Session Manager not working properly


    Hello

    So basically my windows Aero theme is not working. I can change to different themes and they change the background and sounds but I cannot change the color of my windows color. When I click on the "Window Color" from the Personalization option in Task Manager it does not give me the regular option to change the window color and transparency. I get a pop-out screen that says "Window Color and Appearance" and changing the color from there does not do anything.

    I have read other places and tried to restart the "Themes" option in the Services.exe but that does not help. Both the "Themes" and "Desktop Windows Manager" are started and run from the startup. However when I restart the "Desktop Windows Manager Session Manager" it fixes the problem only for a couple of seconds but reverts back to the broken problem. The color will change to what it's suppose to be but change right back.

    I have a AMD Sapphire 7950 video card so I know it supports w/e features Windows has. I have the latest drivers from AMD and everything else works fine but this problem has persisted for a while now. Is this a hardware problem?

    Also:
    This only happens when I startup my computer. If I restart my computer after I see that the problem is there then the problem will be fixed and the Aero Theme is fine.

    Please advise on what I can do to fix this problem.
