WinKey and X Admin Menu Download

Hi There!

In Windows 8 one of the few good things, is the admin menu that appears when you use Windows Key + X. I found a while ago, a tool that made the same thing work under Windows 7, and installed it, but the hotkey never worked. I can't find it to re-download now, does anyone have a link?

I have the right click context menu working ok.

Any assistance appreciated.

Microsoft Windows 8.1 64-bit Professional

Hello Networkn,

What do you exactly mean with admin menu?
I am afraid that it is not possible to change the default Windows hotkeys, as is explained in post #2 here.

It is, however, possible to use shortcut keys to open programs, folders and such.
If you do not know how to do this, please read this tutorial, which explains it in easy steps.
And if you want to disable the standard Windows hotkeys, you could do so by following the steps in this tutorial.

I am afraid that I can be of no assistance with a download link for the program you mention.

Good luck and keep us posted,
