Well as well as Britton I ma left wondering is this the sort of program you really want? Because it looks like to me the company is targeting businesses more than individual users - I stand to be corrected.
I say that because a lot of the Lock stuff in it smacks of the sort of software that the government dept I work for put on the machines at work.

Now as for playing around in the registry I have a very limited knowledge of it and use it for changing stuff I know exactly how I want changed or removed. Now I think you would have to speak to a Microsoft programmer or someone who is VERY cluey to add in a reg entry thats going to do what I think you are trying to do.
Are you the sole user on this machine? or do you want just anyone who uses it not to be able to use it without your consent ie children?

I already have the program down pat and believe me it works. Actually I use it so my family doesn't touch the computer when I am scanning or defragging... It is quite useful! All in all though I don't need hep with the program itself I just mentioned it... I need help with the other things not the program itself.

OK, I understand a little better. To create a shortcut to TSL you can try this Shortcut - Create for a File, Folder, Drive, or Program in Windows
I don't know how to make it change the desktop or have it shown in shut down options though. You can place the shortcut where you want it then right click it and choose Pin to Start Menu or Task bar if that's helpful.

Ohh... Yeah...I know that... I'd just like it to be pinned to the shutdown options menu... But anyways that wasn't my main concern of the post anyways... My main concern was the bat file that changes the desktop image.

Yep mate I had an idea that what Tom has said is going to be an issue - I suppose in a away it would be like trying to reorganized the headings in say Word it is just made to look that way.
Yeah but the thing is with this program it can actually turn off some of those things so wouldn't there be some registry key that I could add too?
They're done by policies, so the only registry key is that the policy is enabled. Then explorer.exe will see that the policy is enabled and won't display certain options, or will grey them out. You can't add options to it, you can only hide them.
