Finally, I solved this Problem using this FIX:
Fix for Gadget display issues after IE11 Installation on Windows 7 | Ghacks
File security must be changed to owner Administrator with full access, otherwise you cannot edit gadget.xml.
After editing should be changed back to "NT SERVICE\TrustedInstaller" as owner and Administrator should have just READ-ONLY permissions.
BTW that's one of the reasons that I love more and more Linux.

You should have searched Seven Forums, saved some time

I did not like that fix since it actually changes the size of the affected gadgets, I believe. They look like the sizes that would show at 100% rather than the default of 125%.
However, the fix mentioned in this thread here doesn't do that, or certainly not with a large enough change to be visible. Much better outcome, since the look and feel stays consistent with the other gadgets that were not affected by the IE11 release.
As a side comment, for me, only Microsoft gadgets appeared to be messed up when the IE11 upgrade happened ... ones from third-parties were not. I am not sure why this was the case.

Just roll back to IE10 in Windows Update>View Update History>Installed Updates.

Guess I won't be DLing IE11, I like my Death Star gadget alot. It's just a clock, but looks cool, especially at 20% opacity
