I found a thread from February about their site being down. I haven't been there for months. Well it's dead now. Is this history?

They may just be temporarily down for maintenance.

If you were wanting to download RT Seven Lite 2.6.0 beta, then you could use the alternative link from SoftPedia in the tutorial below.
