    My customization questions

I figured it would be best to keep the title general so that I can post multiple questions here without creating new threads for each question.

    To start...

I see some people with a customized tool bar at the top of the screen that is centered and not stretched across the entire screen. How do I create this? In XP, I had a quick launch bar at the top of the screen for my professional apps, and I would like to do this again in W7.

2nd... how do I merge the clock and the calender widgets like I see in some custom themes?

    Thanks.

The toolbar you are seeing is most likely RocketDock. It's pretty cool once you get it running.

You're probably looking at either RocketDock or ObjectDock.

I wanted a tabbed launcher and didn't want to buy ObjectDock Plus at this time. So I am using sTabLauncher. It's not as glitzy as RocketDock or ObjectDock but works very well. (I used FreeBar with Windows XP but it doesn't work properly on Windows 7.)

Thanks for the info Guy. I have tried RocketDock and ObjectDock and didn't like either one. The Windows 7 "superbar" is superior to these programs IMO.

A lot of people lie them however.

BTW - Welcome to the forums AbjectEvolution. You might search around this forum for "gadgets" and you will probably find some customizations for those.

Not sure, but the clock calendar may be some of SergioGarcia's work. See here:
