I can not tell which one has color

The bottom one lol. Still a beginner. I'll make one better eventually lol

Arc - Some Quality Control - that Green on Green is a little weak. The AM gets lost.

It looks fine but yes the color is very-very subtle,
It's easier to make a color file black/ white than the other way around,

Bill, nice to see you wearing my sig I think that that's one of the first ones I made for someone other than myself.
I spotted a flaw in the sig though On the SF Dark Skin the glow on the text surpasses the banner and looks not so nice on the background
You can use this, revised, version if you'd like.
