Not that I am aware of.

Golden and someone else did one to get a new sig in the past. Oh, I think the other one was Bill, it was a trick to get 18 more sigs.

No, I think they just posted in Chillout. Each one ask the GFX team to PM their efforts and at the end of a time period a winner was picked. This was one of two I did for Bill.



They displayed all submissions and the members voted on them, not knowing who made them.
