    How to change how highlighted icons look


    Hello.

    I was messing around with the high contrast themes, but when I changed back to the default windows 7 theme, it changed how the icons look when they're highlighted.

    How to change how highlighted icons look-untitled.jpg

    Before they used to look like the icon on the right, but now they look like the icon on the left. How do I change it back?

    I have everything enabled in System Properties -> Advanced -> Performance -> Settings -> Visual Effects

    Welcome to Seven Forums Borab. Likely the easiest way would be to run the System File Checker. This will usually undo any modifications made by theming.
