Add Recycle Bin to Start Menu

How do I pin Recycle Bin to Start menu ... not using the Desktop > Recycle Bin icon as "target"
Recycle Bin context menu does not offer "pin to start"
I love Start menu items with Alt+<shift>+<key> shortcuts ie, WinKey > Alt+<shift>+<key>

I have a "Show Desktop.scf" file saved in a safe folder (eg, C:\ProgsSpecial\Desktop)
As "target" for a "Desktop" shortcut where 'ME' wants it.
(Desktop over there on the right of task bar? ... at my age by the time I get there ... why am I here?)

Is there an equivalent for Recycle Bin ?
Would the solution also apply to Win7 64bit ?

You can drag the recycle bin icon from the desktop into the start orb. Then you have it in both places.

You could try this (was typing it out when I thought "Brink must have a tute"):

Recycle Bin - Pin to Taskbar

Use same method, just Pin to start as mentioned in step 3
