Windows 7: explorer frame.dll / background colors

explorer frame.dll / background colors

I have a nice explorerframe.dll, it was modified but i wish i could change the blue stripe color.
Please tell me how do i edit this, guys ?

Put the explorerframe.dll in a zip folder and posted here I can't guarantee I can find it but I will look at it.

Change Windows background colors

IE8 background colors missing on Print Preview
With Windows 7, I see that Internet Explorer 8 is included. On some web-pages I go to, when I perform a print preview, the background colors are missing. Does anyone else notice this? ...or is this a known bug? Thanks.
