Help with removing the "Locked" message at login screen

Hi I want to ask if it is possible to edit maybe the authui.dll or the explorer.exe to remove the "locked" message that appears above the password box whenever I lock my computer.
I have already managed to remove the user picture, the "enter" button and the watermark by fiddeling with both those files, but the "locked" mesage is damn near impossible to get rid of :P

EDIT: My endgame is to have a totaly clear login screen, except for the password box in the middle :)

If it's just the word that you want removed I'm not 100% sure but I found it in the authui.dll.mui in the String folder in both C:\Windows\System32\en-US and C:\Windows\SysWOW64\en-US folders, yours may be in a different folder then the en-US check your language folder.

No idea how you get that file to show correctly in Notepad++, I just got a bunch of "NUL" strings :S I used Resource Hacker and got into it but I cant find that specific string..
I've looked in both "C:\Windows\System32\sv-SE" (for swedish) and "C:\Windows\System32\en-US" (for english), it's kinda hard to navigate in my computer because I don't really know what language the comp think it has.. Clarification: I have a swedish Windows Home premium 64-bit, and in that version you can't change language natively so I had to use a third party program to change my OS to english.
And another thing, do you think windows would have a problem if i replaced the "Locked" with " "? Or do I have to use a invisible char?

It's a .rc file inside the string folder and just right click it you should get a Edit with Notepad ++

    You should leave it blank.

And where is the "String" folder? Inside the .dll? or inside the .dll.mui?

I use Restorator 2007 when editing system files so it just showed a String folder in Resource Hacker is a String table folder.

Here is how you open up the authui.dll.mui in Resource Hacker (look at the screenshots). I did some testing and tried to remove Locked and it did not do it so I'm not sure exactly where that text is that, but you might want to try anyway I tried it in VmWare.

Last step is to save and he will give you a new system file and the original with a .original extension.

Thank you Jerry - Quick question. Does one have to be in the 'enabled' Admin account to do this?
